Fife Asset Services manages industrial, retail and commercial properties located in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.

In addition to institutionally owned properties, Fife Asset Services specialises in managing the real estate assets of the group’s private clients. Chris Chance, the director in charge of property management for Fife Capital’s private clients, has been responsible for managing some of the assets in the private client portfolio for over 15 years.

Fife Asset Services offers a range of services including rent collection, lease negotiations and asset acquisition and divestment advice.
