Ben Fife

Ben Fife is responsible for all the property investment and management activities within Fife Capital, including lease negotiations, refurbishment, and expansion and property development. Ben has over 14 years of direct property experience. He was responsible for the acquisition of Fife Capital’s industrial properties, and has led the delivery of construction, refurbishment and extension works. He has also been responsible for the renegotiation of all of Fife Capital’s lease commitments.

Ben’s key responsibilities includes sourcing acquisitions including vendor negotiations, due diligence and financial analysis of potential investments, structuring and divestment strategies and negotiation of construction contracts and oversight of construction works.

Chris Chance

Chris Chance is the director in charge of property management for the private client portfolio of Fife Asset Services. Chris has over 30 years of property management experience. He built up a successful business managing a portfolio of 30 commercial properties. In 2007, this real estate portfolio was acquired by one of Australia's largest property management firms where Chris worked as a Director in the Asset Services Division until 2013.
